Automated Line Item and Fee Calculations
Often there are line item amounts that can be calculated automatically based on amounts in other line items. For example, Disposition Fees may be a percentage of Unit Sale Proceeds. These calculations can be defined in the system so that amounts in specified line items are kept up to date automatically.
